TEMPORARY LEAVE FROM SQUADRON: To request leave of absence for longer then 4 consecutive meetings. Example would be due to work, personal matters, or school. 

COLOR GUARD/ HONOR GUARD REQUEST: To request color guard and honor guard events in the community.

SQUADRON EVENT FEEDBACK FORM: To provide positive feedback on certain events, suggest edits or alterations and new events, or to provide insight into mishaps or incidents. 

IT SUPPORT REQUEST- SQUADRON: To request IT support for emails, website or Microsoft issues. 

MEMBER EXIT SURVEY- SQUADRON: For members leaving the Civil Air Patrol to better provide feedback on how to improve. 

MEMBER EXPENSE SUBMISSION: For members eligible for reimbursement costs, can submit expenses to be reported to the finance officer.
